With the completion of some re-organization, except for the enterprise class software of the Business-Ware software, the company as reseller has agreed to acquire full-rights of ownership of the software from the owner-developers of the software applications. Being developed for marketing exclusively by Induss SoftWerks granted the company certain rights over the sales which the company intends to exercise towards acquiring full ownership.
