Induss SoftWerks produces for just about every industry, scientific and technology
software products that can be vertically integrated, and therefore
enabling the configuration of niches into specific seamless large potential markets.
Further, the company is committed to enabling the deployment of
these software whenever necessary on hardware that proffers quality
of high performance, (HPC), super computing performance both
assembly and infrastructure implementation. Advancing along this thrust,
our mission has always been our guide
not only for strategy and tactics formulation, but also for
developing the overall implementation of the strategy either through
the corporate culture or for the design and development of our
corporate culture.
However, primarily the company makes
software available for every market of the
Biological and Medical Industries such that even the very small
businesses in the markets segments of the the
industries can avail themselves with high end software products as does any
large company. The development of Science
and Technology software is a joint effort of the company and an
affiliate in the scientific and technology research of Biological
and Medical subjects; and the contribution of the company is
essentially information technology while the affiliate contributes
all scientific and technological codes and accordingly have
first-tier right of ownership of all derived software.
The development of the
hardware is also a joint effort of the company and another affiliate
in the research of Super Computing and Parallel Computing, and
again, the contribution of the company is essentially information
technology while the affiliate contributes all scientific and
technological codes and accordingly have first-tier right of
ownership of all derived software.
Company Operations
The Business operations of the company are structured into six (6) groups
and four (4) divisions: Respectively consisting of Technologies Group, Cloud
Computing Solutions Group, Data Systems Group, Security Systems
Group, Business Operations
and Management
Group, and High Performance & Computing Hardware Group; and
Software Development Division, Business Development Division, Administration
and Corporate-IT Systems Division. The groups are each structured for
participation in specific-market, while the Divisions are structured as
corporate-wide operations effectively centralizing all operations that are
common to the activities of the groups.
These business operations head-offices are
essentially distributed between the United States and Canada though the bulk
of the operations head-offices are located in the United States. The
locating of some of the business head-offices and critical activities in
Canada results from the choice of Canada as the locale for centralizing
Computational Facility though consigned to the management of the company.

operations structurally span as many countries in which branches
are established, although the business
head-offices are only in Canada and the United States.
Hardware Manufacturing
The company out-sources its manufacturing operations to an
Alliance Partner, Efrinsen Companies, Ltd, which has a seasoned IT
products manufacturing capability, and shall maintain this
out-sourcing for the foreseeable immediate future. |
